PageNotes does NOT collect any personal information. The extension stores notes locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API.
What is stored locally?
- Note content (text you write)
- Note position, color, and size
- Page URL (to show notes on correct pages)
Data Sharing
We do not share any data with third parties. No data is ever sent to external servers.
Your Control
- All notes are stored locally on your device
- You can delete notes at any time
- Uninstalling the extension removes all data
